Create a project and bring the documents you already have
A project starts from the proposal, logframe or budget sitting in your inbox. Upload them as they are: Word, Excel, PDF. Hoverview reads recognised donor templates directly, without a model, and uses AI only where no template matches.
Confirm what was read, never inherit what was guessed
Everything extracted arrives as a proposal in a review queue: indicators with baselines and targets, budget lines, activities, fund figures. Nothing enters your project until a person confirms it, and every value keeps its source: which document, which page of your own paperwork.
Run the project day to day
Log activities and who they reached, attach photos and files, track deadlines and issues, and watch progress roll up against the monitoring framework automatically. One person can run one project alone; this layer is complete on the free tier.
Report without retyping
When a report is due, the data is already there. Hoverview checks completeness against the reporting window, drafts narrative from your recorded activities for you to edit, and assembles figures from values a person already confirmed. Reports are approved by the donor role, then locked and immutable.
When you need more
Money, when you track it
Record commitments, disbursements and expenditure along the delivery chain, from donor to sub-grantees, with budgets and revisions read from the same donor workbooks you already submit. Hoverview tracks money; it never moves it.
Transparency, when you choose it
Nothing is public unless you or your donor's policy explicitly publishes it. A published project gets a public page stating who does what, where, and for whom, in the sector's own vocabulary.
